Peter Siner

Founder

Peter Siner is a Google Certified Innovator and recognized AI for Education Specialist who brings a decade of experience in instructional leadership, curriculum strategy, and technology integration. He holds a Master of Education in Educational Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education. A former middle and high school history teacher, Peter has been at the forefront of personalized learning and digital transformation in schools.

Peter regularly presents at national and regional conferences including ISTE, FETC, and MATSOL. His sessions focus on sustainable AI integration, instructional clarity, and systems-level planning. As the founder of Teach Smarter, he designs professional learning experiences that support critical thinking, differentiated instruction, and strategic use of technology.

Stephanie Dinner

Founding Partner

Stephanie Dinnen is an experienced instructional leader with a background in curriculum design, educator training, and multi-tiered systems of support. She holds a Master of Education in School Leadership (K–12) and a Master of Science in Psychology, and is certified in elementary education, middle grades ELA, English as a Second Language, literacy, and K–12 administration.

Stephanie has served as an instructional lead teacher, school-based literacy coach, and district literacy specialist, supporting the implementation and evaluation of Tier I and MTSS-aligned initiatives. Her work emphasizes evidence-based literacy instruction, capacity building, and outcome-driven professional learning.

Before entering the K–12 field, Stephanie worked in academia, focusing on the dissemination and adaptation of evidence-based interventions in national public health settings. Her dual expertise in education and psychology informs her systemic, data-informed approach to school improvement.
